  I have been a patient at Premier Ob-Gyn since 2011; having delivered two babies and a number of routine check-ups with this practice, I am very pleased. I primarily see Dr. Leslie and Tia McCray during my visits and upon leaving, I am always confident in the information I was provided. The staff a whole is very friendly and personable - not something I experience often. After sharing stories about my pregnancies, labors, deliveries and recoveries with close friends and family, quite a few have switched over to Premier Ob-Gyn! :)

  I don't where these positive reviews came from all of a sudden but 9 months ago this office had horrible reviews. I decided to go there despite the poor reviews that are now gone and I was so disappointed I left the practice during the middle of my pregnancy. For my first appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early as asked to complete paperwork. My husband and I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time for the doctor, with no explanation. Meanwhile I'm sitting on an uncomfortable exam table naked from the waist down. Dr. Whitehurst-Brown was pleasant so I decided to give the office another try and scheduled my next prenatal appointment a month away. About a week before my appointment I received a call asking me to reschedule. It was inconvenient because of my career but I was able to move my schedule around. Apparently this was not an isolated event. When I say EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT THEREAFTER WAS RESCHEDULED AT THE LAST MINUTE I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. And the most irritating part was that they never called to reschedule. I would receive an automated call, after hours, telling me my appointment was cancelled and I need to call to reschedule!!! Really you cancel my appointment days before I'm suppose to come in and I have to call you to reschedule??? After my 4th appointment was cancelled, I complained to the office manager who apologized and told me that she would personally schedule all my appointments until my due date. The first appointment she scheduled was cancelled again. That was the last straw and I switched to another OB office 20 weeks into my pregnancy.
