  First visit in Apr 2011 was actually an emergency, they took me in same day because I was really sick. I was actually seen by this Trisha Dames lady (PA I'm guessing) to get my blood drawn for a diagnosis. The office staff are actually really nice. I went in again the next month because I just needed a medication refilled. I was 20 min in before my appointment, had to sit in the lobby for 30min past my appointment time. Then they take me in to a room and there I was for another hour and a half. I was impatient so I walked out and one of the ladies apologized and said someone was getting a "physical" and that it shouldn't be much longer??? I told them whatever I'm not waiting any longer. I didn't think anything of it but I had to go in again a couple of days ago because now I really needed this medicine. I sat in the lobby for 3 hours went into the SAME room and waited another hour to be seen by another PA named Brandon Soule. FOUR hours to see a PA never the DR. Come to find out that Trisha Dames was fired at this point. I'm under the impression that I was misdiagnosed and given incorrect discharge information.
