- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called exactly one month ago for my husband an appointment they made an appointment and the doctor wasn’t even in the office when he showed up.I called back made a second appointment explained that my husband works Monday through Thursday till 6 PM so it has to be Fridays only 3-330 the lady excepted told me be there at 3 PM she was very sorry about the last time but there will be no issues for him to be there at 3 PM so I decided to call to confirm the appointment on Friday for them to tell me oh his appointments is at 1:45 we’re closing early today. I don’t know about you guys but my husband can’t continue to take off work for an office that cannot get it together and then when you called to try to talk to them they could care less about your business at all would you like to reschedule ma’am no I would like to keep the appointment you gave us so I asked for the doctor to call back so I can explain to her how her office is being ran we shall see if that will happen and again I don’t know about you guys but I read reviews and at this point You’re wasting your time trying to see this physician.November 15, 2017by Lisa Arnold

- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office is not professional on the phone or in person. I've had several issues. I have been scheduled appointments following their lunch break and they've come back late. I've been left waiting in the lobby for a long time after my scheduled appointment. This time I had an appointment scheduled a month out and they called me a week and a half before my appointment day to say that they had to cancel it.
