- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My two boys go to this dentist, so I decided to go myself. Well I must say it was an emergency visit and I was able to be scheduled to be seen the Same Day. Because they have the new patient forms online, when I walked in I handed over my paperwork and was seated. Within 5-7 minutes they were calling me to the back. Dr. Lee shook my hand and listened to my issues. He spoke to me in a language that I could understand and even drew a picture of my tooth to show me exactly what he meant. Mission accomplished for that issue and just when I thought it was all over, the lovely Dr. Allison got an opening and I was able to get some further work done the same day. Overall experience was that the staff was very friendly, They were all smiles (as they should be, they are dentist) Everyone was professional, the wait time was short, the place was clean and most importantly, they took the EXTRA time to explain everything to me in Language that the average Person could understand. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was a new patient to the office last November, needless to say there was "issues" with billing and I was assured it was taken care of. I went back after the first incident to have a cleaning and I received a bill a few days later. I called to the office to discuss billing issues and the most rude Keshia, the receptionist (and I use that term loosely) was very rude, curt and disrespectful when I wanted her to explain the billing, which was evident she did not know how to do. She then yelled into the phone contact your insurance provider and then proceeded to hang the phone up. I immediately called back and asked for the office manager and of course she answered and stated she was not in today as if I was annoying her. Dr. Lee and Dr. Banks were both excellent dentist, but at the end of the day poor customer service trumps anything else. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist office, there are several options in the Bowie area!!!December 02, 2016by Jasmine Lineberger
