  Called this office to try to make an appointment. I was kept on hold and then hung up on. I called back several times and then got answering system. After reading reviews, I dodged a bullet. Found another office who answer the phone right away and was very friendly. I would not recommend, save yourself the trouble. First impressions are everything!!

  Took my son in for a six month cleaning and was informed my son had an abscess and his tooth needed to be pulled, I was told this by a Tech/Dental assistant .I questioned why was an antibiotic not being proscribed,she stated no antibiotics would be needed. Me feeling uncomfortable with the answer made an appointment for my son to be seen the following week,but still feeling uneasy with information relayed to me by the tech I called and spoke to the dentist who saw my son. before his appointment that day.After speaking with the dentist I was informed that the information given to me by the tech was completely WRONG!.. and all my son needed was a treatment due to tooth decay and an extraction would not be needed. Only to get to my son appointment that very same day to be told he DID INDEED have an abscess and would need his tooth pulled.the Dentist thought she was speaking to someone else, meanwhile The front desk staff is questioning me what service's my son would be having so they can collect the payment..which irritated me . The dentist was very apologetic and acknowledge she errored which made me feel better. I can go on and on ,how horrible this visit was but my son has been a patient here since 2014 and I have been nothing short of pleased.. that's why i gave it a 3 stars..
